Technologies for the management of Parkinson’s Disease

The research is focussed on the measurement movement disorders including Parkinson’s Disease (PD), to assist in their management. This research has led to the development of the Parkinsons Kinetigraph (PKG) which is now being used commercially around the world. Much of the research now uses the PKG to demonstrate improvement in outcomes in PD using objective measurement.

We are also conducting studies with the aim of measuring other conditions where abnormal movement is a key component of management and care.
